Registration is considered confirmed upon payment of the deposit or the full amount. By completing the payment, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. A non-refundable deposit of SAR 1,000 is required to secure a reservation.
2. If a participant withdraws more than 30 days before the start date of the experience, they will be eligible to receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid, excluding the SAR 1,000 deposit.
3. If a participant withdraws 30 days or less before the start date of the experience, no refund will be provided.
4. Reservation transfers to another participant may be permitted at the organizer’s discretion and subject to approval.
5. If the experience is canceled by the organizer, all payments received will be refunded, excluding any bank transfer fees or transaction charges, if applicable.
6. The organizer reserves the right to make necessary operational adjustments to the itinerary, schedule, or activities when required, without materially affecting the overall experience.
7. Completion of payment constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
